ETEKINA is an EU funded research project aiming to recover more than 40 % of the waste heat stream in energy intensive industries. The project is based on heat pipe technology and is currently being tested on three demosites. Each unit has an ROI of less than three years.

ESCI's role in the project:

ESCI leads the communication and dissemination actions, liaising closely with Brunel University from London, who is the project’s exploitation leader. For the ETEKINA project, ESCI has experimented with a number of innovative tools that included a lenticular bookmark and postcards and the multi-media storytelling tool pageflow.
